Restaurant Review | Roy's Hawaiian Fusion in Newport Beach

Came here for dinner a while ago and Aloha Hour (4:30-6pm: their $5 version of a happy hour) yesterday.

Cocktails: I got the 1988 and it was perfect! Grapefruit and lychee, refreshing and a pretty pink. The alcohol wasn't too strong and the drink itself wasn't too sweet. T got a mango mojito and after one sip, it was decidedly bad. Our server came by to ask how it was and kindly took it off our tab when T gave her honest answer.

There were only a few food items on the menu with an entire page of cocktails! all $5 each
My dear friend T and I are pescatarians so we basically ordered everything that did not have other meats on the menu.

Tempura Spicy Tuna Roll

Tempura Ebi Roll without cream cheese

Lobster Potstickers

Smoked Mahi Mahi Tacos

I've been to a few different locations and their food has been consistently delicious.
